We will gather in community for a cacao ceremony around the fire if the weather allows, otherwise we will be in the cozy healing barn.

Nina will explain more about ceremonial cacao, where it comes from and how its prepared and guide us through a heart opening meditation.

Ylva will guide us through a kirtan and heart song session to put us in a state of joy, love and bliss and we will end with a relaxing sound healing.

Let the magic of Kirtan, Cacao and Community take us for a ride!

Kirtan is a form of a singing circle where we all come together and sing. We sing both mantras, heart songs & rainbow songs – songs that bring us closer together & put us in states of joy, love, gratitude & much more. It’s also used as worship & devotion to reach higher states of consciousness.
To sing along is optional, if you prefer to listen that’s totally fine.
