Warmly welcome to a transformational weekend in the Swedish forest together with medicine woman and healers Nina Medicina and Isabel Stal.

 

We are two medicine women that has been living and traveling around the globe for years on our own healing journeys, allowing life to teach us to open up for our own magic and the power that is within us all. We believe in coming back to nature, to the plants, to our body our breath, creating ceremony and sacred celebration through song and music to be some of our greatest teachers, we where both called back to Sweden to share our offerings with you and this will be our third edition of ”Awaken your magic” retreat!

It is a time of great awakening, the whole world is changing and we are all being called to upgrade ourselves on all levels. this weekend is designed to help you to release any old patterns/beliefs and energies to create space for the new.

We believe there is magic within us all, and that we all carry wisdom that our hearts are waiting to come forth and shine. we are here to guide and support you in this process of allowing all of you to shine, to find clarity for your unique life path and to have the courage to follow through on what feels right for you.

We intend to create a sacred, intimate retreat with you at Nina’s own sanctuary in the Swedish forest for deep healing and for transformation to take place. We will sit in ceremony with the sacred plants to go into deep healing, we will sing together, pray, move, breath, meditate, journal and share our hearts and voices. Our vision is to create a safe space for you to recharge and reset yourself on all levels.

Isabel ..feel free to call me ISA, Im a Swedish native that has been studying and sharing my teachings of spiritual awakening and healing for the past decade. in 2019 after running a Yoga/coaching business in Norway I decided to let it all go to travel and allow space for something new. My journey has been deeply transformational. I am grateful and exited to share with you the teachings that has so deeply changed me.

My teachings come from many corners of the world circling back to my home lands of the north. Combining the Yogic, Shamanic and old norse teachings into a holistic approach supporting self empowerment and soul awakening.

I am here to support you in connecting to your highest path, to trust your heart, walk your truth and step into your inner well of power and wisdom in a new way. My invitation is to walk this magical path with me. if you feel the calling, connect with me, Im am right here.

 

Nina Medicina… is a Nordic Medicine Woman, Ceremonialist as well as a Cacao and Breathwork facilitator and teacher. She is the owner and founder of the magical forest sanctuary- The Wild Meadow in south of Sweden, where we will gather for this retreat.

Nina felt a strong calling to work with earth medicine and she left her 18 year long successful career in the fashion industry during the pandemic and she has been working with herbs, plants, Ceremonial Cacao and breathwork fulltime since then. She is very passionate about sharing sacred herbs and plants in ceremonies all over the world combined with an offering she calls Ceremonial Breathwork. She will contribute with breathwork, movement practices, earth magic and herbal healing, cacao ceremony and soundhealing

 

EXAMPLE OF A MAGICAL DAY: 7.00-8.00 herbal elixir and silent journaling practice 8.00-9.30 meditation walk in nature & morning swim 9.30-10.00 healthy, nourishing breakfast 11.00-13.00 morning practice/ workshop 13.00-14.00 lunch 14.00 – 16.00 free time 16.00-17.30 yoga or breathwork and meditation 17.30 – 18.30 vegetarian farm to table light dinner 19.00 -23 Healing ceremony with sacred sounds & song.

More useful information:

– There will be maximum of 10 participants. Stay home if you feel sick or if someone close to you feels unwell.

– Packing list will be sent closer to arrival.

– The toilets and shower will be shared with the other participants

– Swedish and english will be mixed depending on participants.

 

How to get here:

• To share a car ride will be the most easy option- address is sent upon booking. Closest big town is Kristianstad
• Take the train to Kristianstad or Bromölla and share a taxi from there (approx 30 minutes) OR take the bus to Näsum kyrka from Bromölla and we can pick you up from there at a certain time.
• Take the train to Hässleholm and share a taxi from there (approx 1 hour)
